Terms of service.
Last updated: 16 May 2026.
These terms govern your use of Nura, a service provided by Wuva Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By using Nura, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Nura, you confirm that you accept these terms and are at least 16 years old. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2. The service
Nura is a personal productivity app that lets you capture notes, voice memos, scans, and messages, and uses AI to organise them and answer your questions about them. The service is provided by Wuva Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
3. Account and subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. We bill monthly or annually through the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the App Store.
Prices may change. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change to your subscription.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Nura to capture or process illegal content. Don’t try to abuse the AI features (jailbreaks, prompt injection, attempts to extract other users’ data). Don’t scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these rules.
5. Intellectual property
Your content is yours. By using Nura you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of running the service (storing it, organising it, surfacing it in answers to your questions). We claim no ownership of your captures.
The Nura app, brand, and underlying technology remain the property of Wuva Ltd.
6. AI services
Nura uses AI to organise captures and answer questions. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. You remain responsible for verifying anything important — a decision, a commitment, a factual claim — before acting on it.
7. Termination
You can cancel at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of serious abuse. On termination, the data retention rules in our privacy policy apply.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you have paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law (e.g. for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
